Essential oils that can not be mixed together?
I have this oil on hand: lavender, tea tree, lemon, oregano, grapefruit seed extract and sweet wine. I think mixing some of this together. Is there any oil that should not be mixed? I guess I should mention that I'm mixing them to clean instead of for aromatherapy. I am a mixture of oregano and lemon in my floor cleaner (although I think I will stop using oregano because it can be dangerous in pregnancy is not currently pregnant ~ but would one day return) and I am a mixture of lavender and tea tree in my all-purpose cleaner Antiseptic. Right now I'm looking for something to hang out with the GSE in Castille soap for make a good hand cleaner disinfectant that is also fragrant. PS I know the GSE is not oil but I would mix it with oil and wanted to know if there's no reason not to.
You can mix it all together. Note that the seed extract is not essential oils. There is a bit of an art in a mixture of pure essential oils. Citrus oil is considered a high note and evaporates quickly, it's good to have some basic records such as vetiver oils into the ground so that they will be more long lived.
